What should I do if my items arrive damaged?

Please email us at hellopeasy@gmail.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged item within 3 days of receiving your order. This time frame helps ensure that accurate proof of damage is able to be shown. Once we receive your info, we will work to provide a solution typically within 2-3 business days. If proof of damage is sent beyond the time frame mentioned above, we will unfortunately not be able to issue credit in the amount of the order.
